Who are One Source Events?

One Source Events is a company founded with the mission to provide premium corporate hospitality without the premium price tag. The One Source Events team consists of enthusiastic, energetic, and highly motivated event enthusiasts who completely understand that an event is much more than just a concert or a sporting match, it's the whole experience. The passion, the adrenaline, the emotions you can’t re-create. The majority of our portfolio is sport and music events from around Europe, but through our knowledge from running events and experiences, we’re very versatile. This allows us to transfer our skills and offer events and experiences to suit any occasion. Birthdays, Christmas parties, product launches, brand launches, team building, you name it, we’ll find an event or experience that will be the perfect fit for you. We want your experience to start with us before the actual event itself, and for you to remember it forever.

What guarantees can One Source Events give you?

At One Source Events we pride ourselves on a smooth and seamless, 100% reliable service. We guarantee every client will receive their tickets on time so that they can enter the venue. In the rare unfortunate case that we’re unable to provide the requested category, we’ll provide a free upgrade to better seats.

COVID-19 QUESTIONS

How do I use open credits / vouchers?

Your account manager will provide a discount code with the value of your credit. You’ll be able to use this code when booking and the credit amount will be taken off the new order value.

What if the event is cancelled or played without spectators due to Covid-19?

If the event is cancelled or played without spectators due to Covid-19, we’ll cancel the booking and provide a credit for the value of the original booking. If the booked event is postponed to a later date and will be played with spectators and One Source Events is able to provide the ordered tickets, but clients can’t or don’t want to travel anymore, we’ll put the tickets up for resale at the market price at that time. Clients are allowed to resell the tickets themselves as well.

What if travel restrictions change?

Clients are allowed to resell the tickets themselves as well. The resale option will only be applied if we’ve received the client's names and nationalities at the time of booking.

What if a stadium won’t allow a 100% capacity for an event that I booked?

If for any reason the capacity will be less than 100% of the stadium or location capacity, we’ll do everything we can to supply every order placed, but we might be forced to cancel bookings if we don’t receive our full allocation. If, for example, a booking for a football match is made but, due to Covid-19, the match will be played with only 25% spectators, we may be forced to cancel bookings and credit the order. If the capacity is less than 100% we might only be allowed to sell specific categories – we might supply VIP tickets instead of general admission tickets depending on Covid-19 restrictions at the time. Extra costs may be applied to complete orders in this case.

What is the amount of the credit if tickets cannot be supplied?

If an event will take place without spectators OR with a partially filled stadium and One Source Events is not able to supply the ordered tickets due to low availability, One Source Events will credit the amount of the tickets only. We aren’t responsible for any other costs made by an agency or clients.

What client information do you need?

Please add all client names and nationalities for all bookings. We might ask for more client information closer to the event.

CANCELLATION POLICY

What if my client wants to cancel?

No refund guarantees can be given in advance.

All bookings are final and can’t be cancelled without written acceptance from your account manager. If clients don’t want to travel or have a different reason not to attend the booked event, we’ll usually put the tickets up for resale. We’ll refund or credit the amount we receive for the resale of the tickets.

What happens if an event is postponed due to domestic or European cup matches?

If we know an event has been postponed, we aren’t obliged to, but we'll try to let you know where we can, so you can use your tickets to attend the rescheduled date. Where clients are unable to attend, we'll do our best to offer a credit or resell tickets so that a refund can be made.

What happens if the booked event is moved?

Scheduled weekend events which are rescheduled to alternative times or days may not be cancelled. If clients can’t attend the event, we’ll put the tickets up for resale.

Where can I find the confirmed event dates and times?

One Source Events is not responsible for any date changes, and we ask all clients to check official channels for the dates and times of the events.

TICKET DELIVERY

How will the tickets be delivered?

There are several options possible for each ticket category. Due to Covid-19 and health protocols, many clubs and organizers will only issue e-tickets or mobile tickets. On the rare occasion of manual tickets being issued, these will be posted via recorded delivery or arranged for a stadium collection.

When will I receive my ticket?

Depending on the club or event, the delivery time may vary. E-tickets, mobile tickets and flash seats will be delivered at least 1-7 days before the event date, but as soon as possible.

I ordered multiple tickets, am I guaranteed to receive seats next to each other?

We’ll always try to allocate your booking together, but depending on the event and ticket option, the guaranteed group size may vary.

Did I receive the correct tickets?

If you think you received the incorrect tickets, please first compare the tickets with the information on your order. If it’s incorrect, please contact your account manager.

BOOKING QUESTIONS

Do children get discounts on tickets?

Children receive no discount on a ticket, unless stated. Please book a ticket for clients of all ages to avoid disappointment.

Can I place group bookings?

Group bookings (10+ tickets) can be made after confirmation with your account manager. One Source Events reserves the right to cancel orders placed above this limit, without this confirmation.

Are prices subject to change?

All prices and availability are subject to change until payment has been made. In case of obvious pricing mistakes (for example £10 instead of £100), we may cancel the booking even if confirmed. Please contact our team if you’d like to check prices before you book.

Are the face value prices printed on tickets?

Depending on the club or event, prices may be printed on the website. Most of our tickets don’t have prices on them as they come directly from our official inventory. For some events, we buy tickets with suppliers and these tickets might show prices.

I’ve just purchased a ticket, what happens next?

We’ll be in touch before the event to confirm attendee information, important event details and issue tickets/documentation. Your tickets will be delivered 1-7 days before the event.

What are the available payment options?

We currently accept BACS/ bank transfer. Other payment options will be available soon.

When do I need to pay the invoice?

Payment is due straight away. Prices and availability are subject to change until payment has been made.

Can anyone purchase a ticket to a sporting event?

All tickets sold are for home seating only. The following is not permitted within home seating, anti-social behaviour, away colours, signs, flags or banners.
